PH-4x4-R4
Features:
This board solves the need for a simple 'low cost' I/O board for the
Brightsign Video Player. Four inputs go to the BrightSign and four of the
Brightsign I/O pins (Btn-4 through Btn-7) drive the outputs.
This board has an inverter chip U1, so that a low on the BrightSign Btn4
thru Btn7 turns on the outputs (drives the outputs low).
Maximum current output each driver is 2 amps. To drive more than 5 amps total, use the 0V and +V of TB2 for high current connections. 8 amps maximum total current. The outputs are logic compatible and can drive other BrightSigns (slaves).
Note: Connect the load from +V to 'Output' (The '-' end of the load connects to the output)
Note: For 3Volt lamps (low current), move the J2 jumper to the '3V' position. For 6, 12, 24 volt lamps, move the jumper to the '+V' position and connect external power supply with 2.1 mm jack.
